Hi, I’m Aricela Gonzalez, a Greater Houston REALTOR® helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate their next move.

Since becoming a Realtor® in 2020, I’ve helped families throughout Magnolia, The Woodlands, Tomball, Conroe, Humble, New Caney, Porter, Cypress, Spring, Katy, Hockley, and surrounding Greater Houston communities with buying, selling, relocating, investing, and new construction.

My approach is simple: educate, communicate, and advocate. I want my clients to understand their options and feel confident in every decision—from getting pre-approved and finding the right home to negotiating the best possible terms and making it to the closing table.

I especially love working with first-time homebuyers and new construction buyers. With strong knowledge of local communities, builders, available inventory, and builder incentives, I help my clients look beyond the sales price and understand the full picture before making a decision.
