Suzanne is a native Houstonian, whose lifelong residency and knowledge of the local market and its nuances, make her uniquely qualified to guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process. From the first listing consultation to the closing table, Suzanne will be your advocate throughout the entire process. She excels at creatively showcasing a home's unique personality and appeal, and as an Accredited Professional Stager, she personally guides her sellers in staging their homes to help attract the perfect buyer. She expertly markets each home, matching her sellers and buyers with energy and enthusiasm.

Suzanne offers several listing packages aimed at helping her sellers achieve their goal of getting their homes sold, including a package created exclusively for those building or buying new construction. Her objective is to help her sellers sell their homes in the most cost-effective way possible, without compromising the service they deserve, or the skillful marketing for which she is known. With market knowledge and negotiation skills at the forefront, she works tirelessly to help her buyers find the perfect spot to call home and is particularly fond of helping first-time buyers realize the American dream of homeownership.

Real estate is a common theme in the Nobles household. Suzanne's husband of 18 years, is the owner/operator of All-Tex Home Inspections, one of Houston's premier home inspection firms. Together, they are the parents of three amazing daughters and are the grandparents of four adorable little ones (with another on the way), who continually light up their lives and keep them young. They currently reside in the suburbs NW of Houston.
