About Kristin
Kristin Kny Atkins believes in putting the client first. She understands the need to build long lasting relationships based on trust, understanding, and knowledge. Most of all, Kristin believes clients should make informed decisions with confidence and ease.
Growing up in the Spring/Woodlands community, Kristin knows the landscape as only a native Houstonian would. While working for a nationally recognized home builder for nearly a decade, Kristin made the dream of home ownership possible for hundreds of families in and around North Harris and South Montgomery Counties. After earning numerous awards in the home building industry, Kristin made the decision to represent the client rather than the brand.
Acutely attentive and loyal, Kristin is passionate about helping people turn their dreams into reality. She works with the understanding that a closing is not the close of a relationship, but a validation of trust.
Kristin enjoys spending her free time with her husband Mike and two dogs, experimenting with DIY home projects, and volunteering through her membership with The Junior League Of The Woodlands, Inc.
